Can I use heat styling tools on synthetic hair?

Some of our synthetic products are heat-resistant up to 160°C/320°F, but we recommend using low heat to prevent damage. Please check the product description before styling.

How do I attach ponytail extensions?

Our ponytail extensions come with either a drawstring or claw clip. Simply tie your natural hair into a bun or ponytail, attach the extension, and secure with the built-in mechanism.

Can I sleep or shower with the wig or extensions on?

We recommend removing wigs and extensions before sleeping, showering, or swimming to extend their lifespan.

Yes, synthetic wigs are pre-styled and ready to wear. You don’t need to restyle them after washing, as they will return to their original look once dry.

How do I choose the right length?

18–20 inch: Natural everyday look. 24–26 inch: Glamorous long hairstyle. 30–32 inch: Extra-long and dramatic effect.
