Shipping Policy

Our goal is to provide safer and faster transportation services for customers residing anywhere.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time and transportation time.

 

Processing time

Processing time: 0 - 2 days. Shipping time: Monday to Friday.

Order deadline: 11 p.m. (Greenwich Mean Time -08:00), which is Pacific Standard Time.

We are open for business from Monday to Sunday. The time for processing orders is not included in the delivery time. Please make appropriate arrangements.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery to the United States: 5-7 working days. Delivery time: Monday to Sunday. Shipping method: USPS.

Please note:

We do not handle orders on Saturday and Sunday because logistics companies are closed on Saturday and Sundays.

During holidays, the processing and shipping times may be extended.

3. KooKaStyle hair care products can be delivered to most countries.

Processing time

Your order will be processed within 2 working days. We ship Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link, which may take 12 to 48 hours to update the status. If you have not received the shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder/promotional folder.

Package loss or damage

All packages are directly shipped from our factory and come with tracking information and delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for the performance of the shipping company. However, for any damage or loss in third-party transportation services, we will provide assistance to the customer. Please contact us via email at kookastyle-hair@outlook.com. If you need to

further investigate this issue, please contact the courier company as soon as possible.

Postal box, military base

Military addresses (APO, FPO) and postal boxes cannot be delivered. Please provide an actual address during checkout.

Disclaimer for incorrect addresses
